How to book your supplier review
If you need a second set of eyes on your supplier shortlist, trade references or payment terms, just send your kit notes and questions by email. Write 'Supplier Review, [Your Business Name]' in the subject so it stands out. Whether you’re in eMalahleni fixing pool pumps or bottling ostrich oil near Oudtshoorn, you’ll get a reply from someone who’s actually worked with suppliers across South Africa. Attach any recent supplier invoices or registration docs if you want us to check them for obvious gaps. We keep it practical and keep it specific.
Our current response time is within two working days. Mondays are always bit mad after load-shedding, so expect a reply by Wednesday if you email over the weekend. We answer all supplier review queries from our HQ at Observatory Studio, Cape Town, but you’re welcome to direct anything post-related to Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd, 2 Makro Place, Sunnyrock 1401. Email is our primary channel for kit notes and supplier reviews; WhatsApp Sales is also available on the site for quick questions.
What to include in your email
To help us give you a concrete review, pop these details in your email: your kit name (if you’ve bought one), your current supplier notes or shortlist, timing you’re targeting (next tender cycle, this month-end, etc), main concerns or questions, and anything else keeping you up at night. For example, a Witbank tile fitter might want a quick check on COIDA, VAT201 paperwork, and cashflow terms from three local hardware suppliers, while a honey seller in Oudtshoorn might need advice comparing courier options before the Highveld storms hit Pretoria’s delivery routes.

Where supplier reviews are handled
Our small ops team reviews supplier requests from Observatory Studio in Cape Town. If you want to meet a supplier face to face or need paperwork signed in person, we use supplier hubs in key business areas. Appointments are handled in Sandton, Midrand, Rosebank, Stellenbosch, Durban, Pretoria and Woodstock. No drop-ins, please, we only accept bookings confirmed by email. For postal communications (including cheques that still turn up from time to time), send to Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd, 2 Makro Place, Sunnyrock 1401.

Getting the right support
Every request is handled by a real operator who knows the grind, not a bot.
