Kits, suppliers, and SME frames

A visual pass over the BizMagic toolkit. Launch packs, supplier shortlists, and ops rituals that keep a South African small business moving without the chaos stack.

What these pictures are for

Each frame backs a kit or supplier ritual you can open on a tired Monday. We keep the pictures honest: checklists, shortlists, and cash notes rather than stock cheer.

Supplier Radar and the supplier map ritual turn forwarded contacts into a calm comparable shortlist. Ask for lead time, MOQ, and who answers after three before you connect a cart.

If you need the packs behind the pictures, start at kits or write magic@bizmagic.co.za.

Why we keep a visual pass

BizMagic kits only work when the next human action is obvious. A gallery of launch packs, supplier shortlists, and ops rituals helps a tired founder see the shape of the work before they open a spreadsheet. We shoot real trays and paper stacks, not abstract textures.

Reading the toolkit frames

Launch frames show day-one checklists that name the person who must act, not a vague aspiration. Invoice and cash frames keep VAT numbers and weekly folders where future you can find them. Supplier frames favour shortlists you can honour after a long delivery day, not forty tabs left open overnight.

Ritual frames cover standup notes, triage boards, and the quiet review that stops the same fault returning every Friday. Training time should be booked like a paying job. Put it on the calendar with a start and end. Open-ended evenings rarely finish the module that matters.

We keep copies of supplier emails in folders named by week. Soft opens go better when the price list you intend to honour is printed and dated. Launch week is a bad time to start new filing habits. Print first, decorate later.

When a frame matches your shop, mail magic@bizmagic.co.za with the kit name and the city you trade in. We point you to the matching kit or ritual page and book a supplier walkthrough if you need one. Gallery shots are a map, not the full course.

South African SME weeks are uneven. Power cuts, courier delays, and market Saturdays all change which kit you reach for. Use the frames to brief a partner or a new hire in five minutes. Then open the checklist and do the boring step first. Skipping that step because the shop already feels busy is how odd faults appear after a good month.
