Interview and image requests

We answer all media requests personally, sometimes a bit slower around the 25th (payday crunch). You can also ask for high-res SVG and PNG versions of our lockup (primary) and symbol mark (tight spots) for publication or layout use. Please say which publication and the deadline. Photographs from supplier hubs in Stellenbosch or Woodstock are available by arrangement. Please request these at least 48 hours in advance. If you spot a small typo in our replies, sorry in advance, sometimes the inbox wins.
Rules for using our brand marks
Brand marks may be used in editorial layout or as supporting visuals for articles mentioning BizMagic Ops, but not in product promotions or third-party material. The primary mark is the BizMagic Ops lockup (symbol plus wordmark). Use the full lockup wherever space allows; reserve the symbol-only mark for tight spots such as favicons, app icons, or small avatars. Do not invent stylised letterforms or alternate wordmarks. Colours may not be altered. Scale proportionally; don’t crop or overlay other content. Always attribute as 'BizMagic Ops, operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd'. If you’re unsure, send a quick email first. For suppliers or project partners needing branding guidance, check approved supplier info.
