Our core offer focuses on helping small South African businesses with concrete tools for starting, running and growing: think Launch Decks, Invoice Charms and Digital Sparks. No call centre queue, just practical resources and answers, mostly via email. We work closely with suppliers, accountants and local operators to make compliance and admin less painful. Please include any special requirements (for example, Bellville firms only, or Springbok-based suppliers). We'll usually respond within two working days during school term time, and a bit slower over Easter or main holiday breaks.
Image requests (product shots, team, local SMEs in suburban business parks) are handled by email too. For advanced stats or anonymised case data, just outline your angle. Please note we can’t share individual client financials, but summary data and anonymised trends are available.

You’re welcome to use BizMagic Ops product names, starter kit ranges, and screenshots for editorial features. Please keep our logo and colours as shown on supplied assets, and reference us as 'BizMagic Ops, a toolkit by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd'. For any supplier names, images or client stories, confirm usage with us first, some have NDAs or specific consent. No use of assets in paid advertising or listings.
